Only breakfast is made by the hotel. Rest lunch and dinner you can order with menu from nearby restaurants. Service by staff was very welcoming and good. Location is not very far from Sunrise point and you have a small market nearby. …

Location wise good ..but you need to cab.staff are good & the owner is excellent.very nice property for unmarried couples..hope they enjoyed it.another good thing is you can order outside food as per menu

ROOMS are quite large, perfect. Space is good. Two beds are joined, two tables, one chair, one mirror and one cupboard are in the room. Service is nice. An electric kettle is available there. The bathroom is clean and large. Location is good. You can enjoy with your partner far away from cacophony.

I had recently hosted a cocktail party at Sanjiva and I'm extremely satisfied with the service and arrangements. Mr. Shubham Jaiswal cooperated at every stage right from arranging decoration, lights, music and food. Mr. Akash at the reception has also been very polite and helpful The rooms were clean and well maintained. The rooms and terrace also provide a nice view of the entire Newtown and Rajarhat cityline. Overall it's a very pleasant place to stay be it for a quiet time-off or to have a good party with your friends.
